Kim Cattrall

  Kim Victoria Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 is a Canadian actor from Canada. Her performance as Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) brought her five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations. She also received the 2002 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. In the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she reprised her role as Samantha Jones.



 



 Cattrall made her debut in film in Rosebud (1975) and was later seen in different TV roles on television. In the 1980s, Cattrall rose to fame with films such as Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (87), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989).
